Emergency 9-1-1

Children need to know what to do in an emergency situation. A selection of 9-1-1 emergency number safety awareness materials have been created by NCSC as a guide to help explain to children the emergency situations they may one day have to face with or without adult guidance. Lessons include recognizing different types of emergencies that require dialing 9-1-1 and how to report the emergency to get the help they need fast.

NCSC Child Safety Educational Materials & Programs

Law enforcement departments across the U.S. provide NCSC safety educational materials and programs free of charge to the citizens of their community.
