Child Protection Kit

This compact 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" card unfolds to reveal several areas of child identification for parents to fill out including: Fingerprinting (includes ink strip); Dental Records; Area for a Lock of Your Child's Hair; Your Child's Information; Physical Description; Checklist for Photos; and What to Do If Your Child Is Missing.

Fill out one card per child and keep it in a safe place at home where it can be easily located and given to your local law enforcement should a mishap occur.
